At My Bright Skin Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely happy, here’s how our refund and return process works.
Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards and items marked as Final Sale cannot be refunded.
- Used or Opened Items: May be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@mybrightskinshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item.
Shipping Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged during delivery.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If your product arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with a photo of the item.
- We will provide a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
Ontario, Canada Residents
Your statutory rights under Ontario consumer protection laws remain intact. This policy does not limit or waive those rights.
